If you refer a friend or family member to join a clinical trial, you will receive up to a $100 gift card when they enroll! If you know someone who may benefit from participating in a clinical trial, have them contact us directly!
How It Works
Have your friend or family member contact our recruitment team directly by using the form below. Our team will need to know your full name and phone number in order to distribute the referral bonus.
The volunteer will then conduct an over-the-phone prescreen questionnaire to determine their eligibility for one of our research studies. If they prequalify, they will begin the process to begin enrollment and come into our office for an in-person visit with one of our doctors.
If they qualify and choose to enroll in a study, you will receive up to a $100 gift card!*

*All referrals must be new to JEM Research Institute. Referrals will be reviewed by JEM Research Institute staff to determine eligibility. The friend or family member must pass screening and be eligible for a clinical research study. JEM Research Institute reserves the right to change or remove the refer a friend program at any time
